“Health & resilience are not goals in and of themselves, they are launch pads to success.”

Monica Bodurka

Our Mission

At The Leadership Wellness Group, we believe resilience isn’t something you’re born with. It’s something you can build. Our work is about helping individuals, teams, and organizations develop the skills, habits, and awareness – the behaviours, thoughts and actions to show up as their best selves especially in times of challenge, uncertainty, and change.

We take a whole-person approach, integrating science-backed strategies with heart-centered practices that support emotional, physical, and psychological well-being. Through our training programs, coaching, and workshops, we help people reconnect to what matters, balance their nervous systems, find steadiness in the face of pressure, and create sustainable ways of working and living.

Our work is grounded in the realities of today’s world and designed to meet people where they are. Whether we’re working with leaders, teams, or individual coaches, our goal is simple: to help people feel happier, healthier, stronger, and therefore more equipped to navigate whatever life and work throw their way.

Because when people have the tools to care for themselves, they’re better able to care for others, lead with integrity, and make meaningful, lasting change in their lives, organizations and in the world.

This is more than resilience. It’s A New Way to Be.
