Stress is a key player in insomnia, burn-out, auto immune diseases and mental health disorders such as anxiety and depression.  Stress can also have devastating health consequences as a contributing factor to obesity, type 2 diabetes and cardio vascular disease.

Your weekly class blends traditional yoga, breath-work, and meditation practices with the latest research into the central nervous system and the neuroscience of behaviour change to help you effectively manage stress and build psychological resilience.

In the workshop you will:


This workshop addresses stress, anxiety and overwhelm from a holistic and multidimensional perspective by teaching you how to use your body, mind, and spirit to become a person who is more resilient to stressors.


It moves beyond an intellectual understanding of stress and anxiety into an-in-depth embodied experience of ease, calm and well-being. 


The learning and practice will combine with your weekly at-home, micro-practice to change how you approach challenges and deal with stress.

This unique mind, body, soul workshop combines:

  • The wisdom of ancient yogic and spiritual practices.
  • The latest research in neuroscience.
  • The use of breathwork to reset and calm the nervous system
  • The evidence-based application of mindfulness and present moment awareness
  • A somatic bodily experience with tools to recreate the feeling at home
  • Micro-practices to apply daily to rewire the brain and create new neural pathways of non-stress

How you will learn:

You will learn experientially – you will apply the learning to your life over the course of the four week workshop.

The program will be delivered live via zoom webinars every Wednesday evening for 4 weeks.  These live sessions will be augmented with practices to continue with during the intervening days.

You do not need to have experience with yoga in order to receive the benefits of participating in this program.

Not to worry!  The live session recordings will be available for 48 hours following the live session for those who can't make it.

The workshop is delivered online and extra materials are delivered via email. As long as you have an email address and access to the internet you can participate.  You can also learn on any device including iPhone or android.
