There is another way to be.

Turn on the news, open your inbox or look at everything asking for your attention. It can feel like life keeps getting louder, faster and more demanding.

It is easy to find ourselves reacting, rushing and moving through the day with little space to pause. We see it in our own lives, in our clients and in the people we lead and support.

There is another way to meet life. A way with more presence, greater ease and a renewed sense of joy and possibility. A way to navigate challenges while staying connected to ourselves, each other and the spark that makes us feel alive.

Resilience helps us build that capacity, in ourselves and in others.

Join Monica Bodurka for an interactive workshop exploring the art and science of coaching resilience. Through practical teaching, guided experience and conversation, you will explore how to strengthen your own resilience and support others in discovering theirs.

What you will explore

01A broader understanding of resilience: how we build capacity to navigate challenges, grow and create new possibilities.

02The role of the nervous system: how our state influences our ability to think clearly, connect and respond.

03A practical resilience-building experience: a guided practice you can bring into your daily life.

04The power of coaching questions: how thoughtful inquiry can help people access strengths, resources and possibilities.

05Your next steps: ways to bring resilience into your life and the work you do with others.

Meet Monica Bodurka

Monica Bodurka is the founder of The Leadership Wellness Group and author of A New Way to Be: Becoming RESILIENT One Habit, Breath, and Moment at a Time.

She works with individuals and organizations to strengthen resilience, enhance wellbeing and build the capacity to navigate stress and change. Her work brings together resilience science, nervous system regulation, mindfulness and practical habit change to help people create meaningful shifts in how they live, lead and support others.

Monica’s approach is experiential: learning becomes powerful when we practice it, embody it and bring it into everyday life.

Interested in taking this work further?

At the end of the workshop, Monica will introduce the Certified Resilience Coach Program, with its next cohort beginning in January 2027.

You will learn how the program supports you in embodying resilience and developing the skills to coach it in others. There will also be time for questions about the workshop and the program.
