This program is a deep dive into holistic strategies for managing perimenopause infused with the ancient wisdom of yoga and Ayurveda. It is tailored to provide you with the tools and community support you need to thrive during this phase of life. Each session is designed to fit into your work day. (I personally find evening programs exhausting.)
The live sessions will take place every Thursday afternoon from 1:00 - 2:30 pm (ET) on the following days:
- March 27, April 10, April 24, May 8, May 22, 2025
- All sessions are live interactive Zoom calls
- In between live sessions you will implement micro-practices
